Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Stablecatch (the "Service") at stablecatch.com. The Service is provided by Sc App Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use Stablecatch for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

What Stablecatch does

Stablecatch is accounting software. It reads public blockchain data for wallet addresses you add, compares incoming USDT and USDC payments with invoices you provide, and flags payments that need attention. The Service is read-only: we never ask for private keys or seed phrases, we never hold, send, exchange or move funds, and we are not a payment service, exchange or wallet.

Your account

• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure.
• Add only wallet addresses and invoices you are allowed to use for your business.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and settings you enter.

Trial, plans and billing

New accounts get a free 14-day trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use needs a paid monthly plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars and may exclude sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where required.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Plans renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy (14 days on your first payment).

No financial, tax or legal advice

Stablecatch helps you spot payment exceptions. It does not give financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it does not decide how you book, refund or report any payment. Matching is automated and may be wrong or incomplete, for example when blockchain data providers are slow or unavailable. Check important results before acting on them.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the Service.
• Do not resell the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your data

You own the invoices, notes and settings you add. We use them only to run the Service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your data as CSV at any time, including after your plan ends. When you close your account we delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Stablecatch available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we make a material change to these terms or to your price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Stablecatch and cancel your plan at any time. We may end or suspend the Service for an account that breaks these terms, and we will give notice where reasonable.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: hello@stablecatch.com.
