Refund Policy

Every account starts with a free 14-day trial, no card required, so you can try Stablecatch on your own wallets before you pay anything.

First payment

If Stablecatch is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Plans renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we charged you by mistake.

How to ask

Email hello@stablecatch.com from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders, who issues the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
