How it works
- 1
Add your public wallet addresses
Tron, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Polygon. Read-only, no keys, live in minutes. Bring processor exports from CoinGate or NOWPayments too.
- 2
Add the payments you expect
Create invoices in Stablecatch or upload a CSV. QuickBooks Online invoices sync in as it rolls out.
- 3
Work the exception inbox
Matched payments clear on their own. You only see what needs a decision, then export a clean entry for your books.
Six exceptions, caught automatically
Underpaid
The customer sent less than the invoice. You see the gap before you ship.
Overpaid
Extra funds arrived. Decide to refund, credit or keep, with a record.
Late
Paid after the due date or after the quote expired, at a different rate.
Duplicate
The same invoice paid twice. Catch it before the customer asks for it back.
Wrong network or token
USDC on Polygon when you asked for Base, or USDT instead of USDC.
No matching invoice
Money came in and nobody knows what it was for. Assign it in one click.

Questions
What is Stablecatch?
Stablecatch is exception management for businesses that get paid in USDT and USDC. It watches your wallets, matches each incoming payment to an invoice, and flags the payments that need attention: underpaid, overpaid, late, duplicate, sent on the wrong network, or not matched to any invoice.
Do you need my private keys or seed phrase?
No. Stablecatch is read-only. You add public wallet addresses, which anyone can already see on the blockchain. We never ask for private keys, never hold funds, and no money moves through Stablecatch.
Which networks and stablecoins do you support?
At launch: USDT on Tron (TRC-20), and USDT and USDC on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Polygon. Tell us which network you need next when you join the waitlist.
How is this different from my payment processor?
A processor like CoinGate or NOWPayments only sees the payments that go through its own checkout. Stablecatch puts your processors and your directly received wallet payments in one exception inbox, so nothing slips between them.
Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. You can export clean entries as CSV from day one. QuickBooks Online sync is rolling out first, followed by Xero.
What is the free 90-day exception report?
Give us one public wallet address and we will list every underpaid, overpaid, duplicate or unusual incoming stablecoin payment from the last 90 days. It is free and you do not need to sign up for a plan.
Who is Stablecatch for?
Agencies, hosting providers, software studios, exporters and other businesses that invoice clients and accept stablecoins, usually between 50 and 2,000 payments a month.
